Black Bean And Avocado Wraps

Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic minced
1 can black beans drained

Instructions:
Step number one. Heat oil in a large pan over medium/high heat. Add the onion, bell peppers and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion is lightly golden. Add the beans and taco seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes before assembling.
